The Archives are currently being digitized with the goal of preserving an accessible online record of the history of the College. The project began in March 2009, when the archival materials returned from off-site storage. The first phase of scanning yearbooks, Commencement materials, news clippings, student publications and photographing student scrapbooks and memorabilia is nearly complete. The second phase of preparing this digitized material for public access is in-progress and ongoing. The project is being directed under the auspices of the Cardinal Cushing Library, Emmanuel College. We wish to thank the Emmanuel College IT and Facilities Departments for their support and the Office of Student Financial Services for funding our student workers.
